Halibut Spread

2 c. poached, flaked halibut
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. minced onion (or more to taste)
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
3 Tbsp. pickle relish
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
4 dashes tabasco
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Mayonnaise or salad dressing to moisten

Methods/steps

Combine above ingredients.  Us as a sandwich filling or as a spread for crackers or canapes.
Good on crackers, and also a way to eat it is in sandwiches on oatmeal bread, grilled in a pan, with a little cheese, tuna melt-style.  It’s perfect with soup.
Makes 3 cups sandwich spread.
