ESB Halibut Pancakes with Garlic White Sauce
5 cups Krusteaz Pancake mix
36 oz. (3 bottles) of Alaskan ESB
4 lbs. Wild Alaska Halibut filets, cooked and flaked
3 cups mixed vegetables, cooked
2 T. chopped garlic
2 T garlic powder
2 T. black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Mix pancake mix with beer, add cooked halibut, chopped veggies, garlic and seasonings.
Spoon batter on heated, lightly greased griddle or pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes then flip and cook other side 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
Heat mushroom soup and serve on top.
