Creamy Parmesan Arctic Char
* 8 (4 oz. each) pieces frozen Icelandic® Arctic Char, thawed
* Wondra flour
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
* ¼ cup chopped chives
* 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preheat conventional oven to 425° F. Pat thawed char dry with paper towel. Dredge in flour. Place 2 pieces of char, skin side down, in individual ovenproof baking dishes which have been lightly greased. Repeat with remaining char. Season. To make sauce, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over top of char. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until fish tests done.
Serving suggestion: Serve with tomato-basil orzo
