Chipotle-Vanilla Salmon

Ingredients

4 salmon steaks, 4-8 oz each
3-4 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 Tablespoons honey
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Chipotle Powder
1 Vanilla Bean, preferably Mexican
pinch Thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Methods/steps

Mix oil and honey in a small bowl. Scrape vanilla bean into the mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Rub sauce onto salmon steaks right before grilling, or marinate up to half an hour.
